Insurance for renters
Home ownership isn't for everyone.
If you don't own your home and choose to rent, renter's insurance is still critical and for most, you can protect your belongings and your liability for about $.50 a day.
Even if you don't think you have enough to warrant the coverage, take a look around at the things you do have; your clothes, toiletries, kitchen items, furniture, etc. If something major happens, imagine having your insurance company sending you a check to replace all of that while covering additional living expenses if you cannot stay in your home.
